Philadelphia Ukraine Rapid Response is an ad hoc group of concerned people like you: We care about what’s happening in Ukraine, seek to make a difference – and want to ensure our donations are meeting Ukrainians' most urgent needs, immediately.

We've mobilized to research organizations that are on the ground in Ukraine right now and meeting the moment most effectively, in keeping with our key values:

• Organizations we support must deliver the bulk of their support to the majority of the Ukrainian population that remains inside Ukraine despite the Russian invasion; 

• Organizations we support must deliver medical support, food support, or other humanitarian or life-preserving equipment; 

• Organizations we support must be able to deliver contributions to action on the ground in Ukraine in a matter of days, if not hours.  

Philadelphia Ukraine Rapid Response is 100% volunteer-supported and do not collect or remit funds. Rather, we’re here to help you steer your valuable donations to where they’ll be put to good use.
